We continue strolling from restaurant to restaurant, from delight to delight, until we reach the area of Costa d'en Blanes, on the road to Andratx, where, consequently, we land at the brilliant Es Fum.

From the very first moment, everything that surrounds this restaurant confirms that they are worthy of their Michelin Star. With elegance and savoir-faire, the place, with its large terrace, welcomes us, knowing that we are about to enjoy a long and intense experience, among its great dishes.

High level cuisine in front of the sea

The chef, Miguel Navarro, takes care of every detail so that his dishes, created with seasonal produce, do almost magic to surprise his diners, where the truffle and lobster stand out. His Michelin star was awarded in November 2011, thanks to his creative cuisine with a strong presence of local produce. The interior of the restaurant Es Fum is characterised by the artistic works of Nils Burwitz, which form an elegant design, where the experience will be unforgettable.

In Es Fum you will find a large terrace overlooking the garden and the Mediterranean, so that during the summer months you can also enjoy an incredible sunset.

This restaurant is open from Wednesday to Sunday, but, as is usual in the big Michelin-starred establishments, make sure you book your table well, well in advance.

Apricot Gazpacho with confit langoustine and watermelon frosting.
Smoked T-bone steak carpaccio with roasted young leeks.
Creamy Rice of Sea Urchin with red prawns and pink grapefruit.
Sea bass fillet with tomato jam and saffron gnocchi.
Grilled pigeon with veal ragout and balsamic juice.
